Bridges High School students now have the opportunity to participate in Experiential Learning Classes. We started with a River and Fire Ecology class in the fall of 2020. Winter and spring of 2021 will include a Snow Ecology class and an Environmental Science class with an agriculture and animal focus.
Outdoor Adventures traditionally include: hiking and fishing in the fall; skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing in the winter; and camping and mountain biking in the spring.
For students who would like to participate in traditional high school athletics or clubs, the three comprehensive high schools offer these options. Bridges students are eligible to play team sports at Glenwood Springs High School, Roaring Fork High School, or Basalt High School. Please let us know about your plans and interests when you register at Bridges. Our flexible scheduling also allows us to support students who participate in sports and activities outside of the school system.
